We are an enclosed contemplative community of religious women whose life is centred around the Liturgy of the Hours, the Eucharist, personal prayer and contemplation.

Our life is one of silence, recollection and repentance.  Our vowed life is one of total dedication to the Paschal Mystery of Redemption in and for the Church and the world.

The original monastery was built in 1859, and our new monastery was built in the year 2000.

The new monastery has a self-catering Retreat Centre where people come to spend time with the Lord away from the busy world.
